It is a critical area of a frame and one in which has to withstand some of the highest torsional forces seen in the bike racing world. Ad in long(ish) cranks and a BMX gate start places tremendous forces around the bottom bracket section of the frame.

Another obvious change from the Velox series of frames is the100% disc commitmentwith aflat mount design attaching the brake caliper to the inner axle block and internally routing of the brake hose through the inside chainstay. It slides with the wheel and fastens to the frame with a 4mm screw on the outside of the chainstay.

Axle compatibility is 10mm, 15mm or 20mm androtor compatibility is 140mm.
